Terms & Conditions

All pricing on the site is in Australian dollars ($AUD) and GST inclusive, where applicable. Melbourne Wardrobes Online will accept payment via Visa & Mastercard.

Melbourne Wardrobes Online will only deliver within metro Melbourne. Requests to other locations within Melbourne can be made via the contact us section. There is no option to collect your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Delivery times will vary, depending on your location. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Please note, custom items will take longer, depending on the manufacturing time.

Your access to and use of the site, including your order of products through the site, is governed by these terms and conditions. You agree to be bound by, and comply with, these terms and conditions.  

 

Damages

Melbourne Wardrobes Online go above and beyond to ensure our products are delivered in a safe manner to avoid any damage, however in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item(s) you must make this clear upon delivery, as once you have signed off the delivery Melbourne Wardrobes Online is no longer liable for any damages that may be present.  

 

Warranties

All products sold through  melbourneswardrobessonline.com.au will come with a manufacturer’s warranty, or an exclusive extended warranty provided by Melbourne Wardrobes Online . Depending on the item, this may be a replacement part warranty, or complete product replacement. Each item that we have listed one our website will specify the warranty length on the individual product page.

Parts that are subject to wear and tear such as seals and rubbers are not covered by warranty.

 

Returns/refunds

Items that are ordered in, or custom made, cannot be returned. If there is an exception to the case, we reserve the right to pass on a re-stocking fee that is determined by Melbourne Wardrobes Online.

Melbourne Wardrobes Online do not offer refunds or credit notes for any orders that are signed for upon delivery or are deemed as a ‘change of mind’.

Acceptance or Rejection of an Online Order

In certain circumstances, Melbourne Wardrobes Online may need to reject your order. This may happen when the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or description listed on the site. Each order of products placed through the site that is accepted, results in a separate binding agreement between you and us, for the supply of those products. For each order that is accepted by us, we will:

·Supply the products in accordance with these terms and conditions

·Provide you with an email confirmation of the order

If we reject an order placed through the site, we will endeavor to notify you at the earliest time possible after you submit your order.

 

Modifications to Products & Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

Products

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products we sell. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Custom manufactured products, require the customer to choose the product size option then enter the height & width. Pricing is for the size option selected. If the measurements entered are larger than the size option selected, the product will not be manufactured or supplied until the difference in cost is paid by the customer.

At Melbourne Wardrobes Online, we aim to make delivery and returns as simple and transparent as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

We offer flat rate shipping, with delivery costs calculated based on your location at checkout.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are processed promptly once payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days may be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
     

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier schedules.

Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return an eligible item, please review the following return conditions.
 

Return Timeframe

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be a standard stock item

  • Not be customised, made-to-order, or specially manufactured

  • Be in original resalable condition

  • Be free from scratches, dents, marks, or damage
     

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Custom-made products

  • Built-to-order items

  • Modified or personalised items
     

Return Options

Approved returns can be arranged:

  • Via mail

  • In-store (where applicable)
     

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that any credit card processing fee of 3% is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
 

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
