Yes, Pick-up is available by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are available on weekdays only at our location in Campbellfield, VIC 3061. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email containing the pick-up address and several appointment options to choose from. We kindly request that you arrive within your scheduled time slot for pick-up.

Our products are hand delivered, and packaging is dependent on what product is being delivered. Please see the delivery section on the product page for packaging information.

Our standard double tracks top & bottom is 82mm wide and our triple tracks top & bottom is 122mm wide.

You will need to order from us (or from your local Bunnings) a 90 x 16 floor packer which will be screwed to the side jams before the doors are fitted.

The bottom door track of your new wardrobe can be directly fixed onto any of these floor types.

Yes, all Melbourne Wardrobes Online doors include top & bottom tracks & fully assembled doors ready to install. Our aim is to make your DIY wardrobe project as easy as possible.

No, jams & bulkheads are not included in our wardrobe prices. If these items are required, you will need to send an enquiry from our ‘Contact Us’ page.

Packers are pieces of melamine that tracks can be fixed onto. Packers are required if the new doors are to be installed on carpet. You will need to fit an 82mm x 16mm floor packer on top of the carpet between the jambs for the tracks to sit on. Door tracks can be fixed directly onto timber floors, door jambs, concrete, and tiled floors. This is providing there are no significant run-outs, as you are unable to pack under a track. A second packer is required for the top track if you are fixing the track directly to the ceiling. Please note, for triple tracks you will always require a floor packer, as the track has a 16mm lip on the front. Please let us know if you would like any further information or assistance.

Wardrobe and accessory orders are usually manufactured with 5-6 business days from placing your order. Pick up is available by appointment only, or deliveries are usually within 10-12 business days of placing the order.
