For pick-up orders, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange appropriate transport and packing materials to ensure the safe transport of their items.
You will receive an order confirmation via email which will include an estimated delivery or pick-up date. Orders typically require 4 to 6 business days for manufacturing, with delivery timelines varying depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries
The order confirmation will provide you with multiple delivery dates to choose from.Please ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery and provide a signature for proof of delivery (POD), as goods will not be left at an unattended address. A re-delivery charge may be applicable if no one is available to accept the delivery.
The Delivery Driver will only deliver your order to the front door/access point of the premises.
Delivery Drivers do not carry goods inside or upstairs under any circumstances.

Pick-Ups
Pick-up is available by appointment only.Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are available on weekdays only at our location in Campbellfield, VIC 3061. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email containing the pick-up address and several appointment options to choose from. We kindly request that you arrive within your scheduled time slot for pick-up.
This product comes with a 12-month warranty, providing coverage for any manufacturing defects or faults. However, please note that the warranty does not extend to damage incurred during installation or any accidental damage caused after purchase. It is important to follow proper installation instructions and handle the product with care to maintain the warranty coverage.
