Deliveries
The order confirmation will provide you with multiple delivery dates to choose from.

Please ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery and provide a signature for proof of delivery (POD), as goods will not be left at an unattended address. A re-delivery charge may be applicable if no one is available to accept the delivery.

The Delivery Driver will only deliver your order to the front door/access point of the premises.

Delivery Drivers do not carry goods inside or upstairs under any circumstances.

Melbourne Wardrobes Online cannot guarantee specific delivery times, as the control of traffic and road works is out of our control. However, we will endeavour to give you the best & accurate delivery window possible.

Pick-Ups
Pick-up is available by appointment only.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are available on weekdays only at our location in Campbellfield, VIC 3061. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email containing the pick-up address and several appointment options to choose from. We kindly request that you arrive within your scheduled time slot for pick-up.
